UN Global Compact

The United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) is the world's largest sustainability initiative for businesses and organizations committed to actively assuming societal responsibility in sustainability matters.

Through our participation, we have a responsibility to promote the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and integrate the ten principles associated with international conventions on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption into our business strategy and operations.

Human Rights

1. Support and respect the protection of international human rights within the company's sphere of influence.'

2. Ensure that the organization is not complicit in human rights abuses.

Labor

3. Uphold freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.

4. Eliminate all forms of forced labor.

5. Abolish child labor.

6. Eradicate discrimination in recruitment and employment practices.

Environment

7. Support the precautionary approach to environmental challenges.

8. Promote greater environmental responsibility.

9. Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.

Anti-Corruption

10. Combat all forms of corruption.
