We are in it for the long run, having been in the industry since 1964, and we want to stay around for even longer. Therefore, we always strive to stay up-to-date and adapt to new times. One way we do this is by taking the lead in sustainability. Additionally, we aim to ensure that everyone is able to reach their full potential and develop in their career at Oleter Group. One of our targets is to have employee engagement with an index that is stable over time with an increase from 70 to 75 %.

Our employees work in a high-risk environment that requires protective equipment and careful work preparations. Our employees have access to healthcare benefits and resources to ensure they are able to maintain good physical and mental health. Two of our targets are to strive to have a secure workplace with zero injuries and zero vision for severe injuries and as sickness absence lower than 5%
