Oleter Group AB is a holding company that owns Ocab, Stahrebolaget, Planea, Frøiland Bygg Skade, and ISV Trinava Skadeservice, operating in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, with headquarters in Stockholm. All entities are included in this reporting, as well as in the financial reporting. Oleter Group AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Olympus BidCo AB (org no. 559320-5973), which is the company that prepares consolidated accounts of which Oleter Group AB is a part.
The companies are all in the industrial and real estate sector, offering services related to maintenance, investigations, and remediation of properties, industry, and the environment to insurance companies, property owners, and facility management companies. The subsidiaries are nationwide companies that specialize in remediation and dehumidification, except for Planea, which offers long-term investigation and consultation services.
Owner structure
The execution of our projects is dependent on close collaboration with material suppliers and subcontractors. The material suppliers are often centrally contracted, and most of the subcontracted companies are locally contracted all over the country. To continue to be part of our supply chain, all companies must go through an annual review based on ISO 9001 in Sweden and corresponding standards in Norway and Denmark.
We also maintain close contact with collective bargaining unions, industry associations, and a number of governmental bodies and authorities, for instance when we apply for permission as required by law.
