We preserve values

A word from our CEO

We share a growing sense of urgency with many around the world that recognize the need for the property and construction industry to prioritize sustainability and move faster toward circularity. Recovering values, reusing, and restoring, is the way forward if we want to secure a liveable future for coming generations.
— Klas Elmberg, CEO

On a 1.5 degree mission

To avoid the most damaging consequences of climate change, global warming should be limited to 1.5°C compared to pre-industrial times. The nations of the world have, through The Paris Agreement, agreed to limit global warming to well below 2°C with an ambition to limit it to 1.5°C.

If we as a society are to succeed in limiting warming, all actors, both public and private, are required to do their part to reduce their emissions.

We have set science-based targets to ensure that we reduce our emissions in line with the Paris Agreement.

Read more about our strategy and the actions we take to do our part to stay below 1.5°C.

Sustainability for us

Sustainability has become increasingly important in the construction industry in recent years. Sustainability essentially refers to a company's ability to meet present needs without compromising future generations' ability to meet their own needs.

In the context of sanitation and dehumidification, sustainability encompasses a wide range of considerations, from environmental impact to social responsibility.

Environmental responsibility is one of the most crucial sustainability aspects in our industry and for us, the most important is preventing damage to the largest extent possible. Damage to property and personal belongings results in a significant loss of resources and emissions. However, if an accident does occur, our mission is always to recover as much material value as possible, minimize the need for new input materials, reduce waste, and cut down on energy consumption.

Another essential aspect is social sustainability, which involves ensuring safe working conditions, paying fair wages, and minimizing work-life issues.

Sustainability is a multifaceted concern that is of great importance to us. By adopting a holistic approach, we aim to provide a positive example of a business strategy that prioritizes sustainability in all aspects.
