Actions on Diversity and Equality

Anti-discrimination policy

A policy with guidelines regarding abusive differential treatment, harassment, and discrimination.

An unbiased recruitment

Our recruitment system is fully anonymous before the first interview. This helps eliminate the risk of discrimination and increases the chances of creating a more diverse workforce.

To attract more women to apply for our positions, we focus on representation in advertising so that women can see that this industry is not just for men. This is an effort to achieve our goal of having more women in leadership positions.

Clear anti-harassment policies

We have clear instructions and guidelines for how to handle all forms of abusive discrimination, harassment and sexual harassment.

Payroll mapping

Payroll mapping is a process where we analyze and compare the salaries of all employees to ensure that there are no unjustified differences based on gender, ethnicity, age, or other irrelevant factors. This helps to identify potential inequalities and take action to ensure equal pay for equal work.
