A message from our CEO

We are committed to preserve as much material as possible

In 2022, I had the privilege of joining the team of Oleter Group as the new CEO of the company, a role I take great pride in. The year that has passed has been filled with memorable events. Perhaps the most significant milestone has been our successful entrance into the Danish market through the acquisition of Trinava Skadeservice Denmark AS, which made us a Scandinavian organization. We have also strengthened our presence locally in Sweden and Norway, which strengthened our position as a strategic partner to our customers and increased delivery capacity.

At Oleter Group, our mission to preserve as much value as possible is not just a buzzword; it is something we take very seriously. We are committed to sustainable development, and I firmly believe that it is possible to break free from linear business models and unsustainable patterns. We want to walk the talk and aim to lead the way and become a role model for our industry by embracing a more circular business model, where we focus on recovering as much material as possible rather than demolishing and rebuilding.

To achieve our mission of promoting sustainable development, I firmly believe that the sustainable agenda must be fully integrated into Oleter Group's business model. By establishing common ground on sustainability, we set a clear path forward and demonstrate that business and sustainability go hand in hand. This is not only of great importance for future generations but also for the longevity and continued relevance of our company. As the CEO, I am committed to spreading this vision throughout the organization and beyond. I am confident that with the collective efforts of our team and stakeholders, we can drive significant positive change while also generating considerable business benefits.

One step in that direction was our implementation of CO2e reporting on all Swedish invoices, allowing customers to track their environmental footprint, and enabling us to be more accountable for our ambitious climate goals. Contributing to transparency in the work we do and showing the climate footprint of our services is a presumption for us and our customers to make conscious decisions. It’s a win-win situation. Additionally, we are proud to introduce Ocab Go, a fleet of 100% electrified vehicles in Stockholm, as a demonstration of our commitment to breaking free from fossil fuels. Read more here.

We strongly believe that the current challenges we face can accelerate the transformation to a more sustainable industry. Economic factors can be powerful drivers of change, often propelling progress at a faster pace. Fortunately, we have found that services such as dehumidification and sanitation are more cost-effective and resource-efficient than traditional methods of demolishing and rebuilding. Not only that, but they also lead to shorter lead times for those involved. We see this as an opportunity to rethink and innovate, and we are committed to leading the way towards a more sustainable future.

Our 2022 sustainability report is now available, and we encourage all stakeholders and sustainability advocates to read it. We welcome an open dialogue and look forward to answering any questions and discussing how we can work together toward a better future.

Best regards,

Klas Elmberg
